After three successful, intense, and fulfilling years, Brella Vida is taking a short break to refine its offerings, update its booking process, and recreate everything needed to create unforgettable events for incredible people. We could not have reached this point without the dedication of our staff and contractors. We thank them greatly for their hard work and commitment to excellence.

If you’re looking for a venue between February and September 2025, we recommend exploring other options. While we may be able to expedite our updates, that remains uncertain. For events from October 1st onward, text message (587)‎ 582‑1900. Please be patient, as our availability may be limited. Stay tuned for announcements on our website.

As we refine what we provide, some details may change, but our core values remain the same. Below, you’ll find past answers to some common event-related questions.

  • Both floors, seated, maximum 125.

    Both floors, with cocktail tables, maximum 150.

    Main floor, seated, maximum 75.

    We have two large patios that your group could also enjoy.

  • No. Our guests select from a variety of menus ranging from hor d’oeurves, buffets and plates dinners.

  • No, we have an events bar and can set up “pop-up” bars for larger groups.

  • Everything is based on 8 hours. This includes set-up and tear down, decorations, etc. Less than that, there is no reduction. Greater than that, we will consider your details at the quotation stage.

  • We will have to quote you for your specific event. However, here are some crude guideline minimums:

    1. Weekday Event
      $75.00/person

    2. Weekday Evening
      $100.00/person

    3. Weekend Evening
      $125.00/person

    4. Weddings: vary greatly
      $175.00/person
